Order & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of our storage baskets and bins, with no minimum purchase required. We believe in transparent pricing with zero hidden fees at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our fulfillment process is designed for efficiency:

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after placement.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we exclusively ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking status.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 30-day return window. Your items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Temllex will cover all return shipping expenses and provide a prepaid label. We do not charge restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Please do not mail products back without authorization. Email our support team at reepdebutiaco009@outlook.com with your Order Number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary authorization and instructions to ship the item back to our Sylacauga, AL facility.
