Shipping Policy

At Temllex, we prioritize getting your home organization solutions to you safely and efficiently. We have streamlined our shipping processes to provide a straightforward, reliable delivery experience with no hidden fees.

1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently provide shipping services exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or the size of the storage baskets and bins purchased.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched from our facility.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major US public holidays.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), it will begin its transit to your destination.

  • Standard Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Expected Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is key to our customer service. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your active tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to update with the initial scan.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Temllex is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Our storage products are carefully inspected and packed before shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged in transit, or if the tracking status shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at reepdebutiaco009@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
