Return & Refund Policy
At Temllex, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our storage baskets and bins. If your purchase does not perfectly suit your space, our return process is designed to be straightforward and completely transparent.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, structurally intact, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all original tags and inserts included.

Please note: Any storage bins that show signs of use, dirt, or physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Transparency in fees is our priority. Please review how return shipping costs are handled:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Temllex takes full responsibility. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and there is absolutely no restocking fee.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer want it, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as they will not be processed.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and provide you with authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our Sylacauga facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.

The funds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
